05/27/2026 - Dauphin receives exclusive special award “Design Innovator 2026”

The Dauphin HumanDesign Group has been honored by the PLUS X AWARD with the international special distinction “Design Innovator 2026 – Category: Human-Centered Workspaces.” With this award, the jury recognizes the company’s holistic innovative strength in developing modern, people-centered work environments. Particular emphasis is placed on Dauphin’s consistent international leadership in designing forward-looking workspace concepts. Within this thematic field, the award is granted exclusively to a single brand.

Following the successful recognition of the Dauphin Indeed task chair as part of this year’s PLUS X AWARD, the brand was subsequently analyzed and discussed in depth once again by the international expert jury. As part of this comprehensive evaluation, the jury concluded that Dauphin’s impact extends far beyond individual product innovations. Especially highlighted was a consistently pursued vision of modern work environments that places people at the center and uniquely combines architecture, ergonomics, well-being, and new ways of working.

The jury was particularly impressed by Dauphin’s ability not only to design functional workspaces but also to redefine them emotionally, from a health perspective, and architecturally. The solutions developed create environments that inspire people, encourage freedom of movement, and at the same time support concentration, communication, and well-being. It was also emphasized that Dauphin not only accompanies the transformation of modern work culture but actively shapes it. In times of hybrid working models and changing workplace requirements, the company develops forward-looking spatial concepts with high social relevance.

“The award confirms our New Work concept, Dauphin Workheart, which not only meets the demands of modern working models but also resonates on an emotional level,” emphasizes Carolin Frank, Market Research Manager at the Dauphin HumanDesign Group. At the heart of the concept is the conviction that the office will remain the physical centerpiece of hybrid working environments. Instead of structuring spaces according to traditional activities, Dauphin Workheart organizes office areas into the zones ME, TEAM, and FAMILY – from “super private” to “super social” – consistently aligning spatial design with the desired level of social interaction.

The goal is to create work environments that combine productivity and efficiency (Work) with emotionality, authenticity, and passion (Heart). This results in spaces that are not only functional but also motivating and identity-shaping—in line with a modern New Work culture.
